Professional Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology (Cand.Psych.) from the University of Copenhagen and have completed further training in psychotherapy, couples therapy, hypnosis, epigenetics, IFS (Internal Family Systems), mindfulness, meditation, the Enneagram, and I am also ordained as an Interfaith Minister (a spiritual ministry education) in England.
I own and run the company Kisser Paludan, which offers workshops, lectures, and personal development programs. Kisser leads the community “Soultalk Circle,” an online community for psychological and spiritual transformation. I teach, among other things, the Enneagram with a particular focus on the spiritual path, as well as A Course in Miracles and workshops on Self-love and the transformation from Ego to Essence.
Personal Background
Throughout my life, I have been deeply engaged in personal development. As a young teenager, I began a profound inner journey, and in this way, my professional and personal development have always gone hand in hand. I have always been committed and dedicated to experiencing and learning from within, so that what I share with others is authentic and lived.
For many years, I have worked at the intersection of psychology and spirituality. Through both my professional work and my own life, I have learned that psychology can take us part of the way in healing—but not all the way. The deepest transformation happens when we come into contact with our essence, the power of the soul—an inherent intelligence that we all carry within us, which holds the ability to heal everything, even the deepest traumas and sorrows.
I am the mother of two adult children, aged 25 and 28. Two years ago, I lost my husband, with whom I had shared 35 years of life. This profound loss initiated a process that felt like a death and a rebirth. I moved through the deepest grief and experienced firsthand how crises and loss—even in their most painful form—can open us to a deeper connection with the soul and the divine that lives within us all.
I have gone through the dark night of the soul and emerged on the other side. Today, just two years later, I experience a life force, joy, light, and gratitude that are deeper and more vibrant than ever before. I lost everything and did not know how to go on or survive. Today, I experience my life as miraculous—filled with light and love. What I once believed to be impossible has become my lived reality.
This journey has given me a deep understanding of how crises can transform us into a more grounded state of love, presence, and inner truth. At the same time, it has given me a clear knowing of how this journey can be undertaken—and how I can guide others through their own process. Today, I know—not just in theory, but as lived experience—what it means to live miraculously.
Mystic
For me, God is love—not as a concept, but as an experienced reality. It is the intelligence that flows through everything and everyone. It is what enables turtles to travel thousands of kilometers back to where they were born to lay their eggs; the intelligence that causes cells to divide in a mother’s womb, keeps the planets in place in the sky, and makes the sun shine. This intelligence is filled with love and goodness. It is also our nature—we have simply forgotten it.
The mystic experiences this divine being within and as themselves—not merely as something outside, but as a love that flows through every part of our existence. This is the journey I am dedicated to in my own life personally and the journey I am taking participants on my workshops and in my communitiy on.
Publications
“Relationships and Life with Children” (2008, Lindhardt & Ringhof), as well as the bestseller “Love the One You Are” (2015), “The Courage to Be You” (May 2017) (both Turbine), and “Conscious Parenting” (2019, People’s Press).

I have more than 25 years of experience as a therapist and spiritual teacher, and I have worked with, among other things, couples therapy and love, self-love, finding your life purpose, life crises, divorce, loss and grief, depression, stress, and anxiety.
However, my most important experience is the one I carry from a long life lived with great awareness, deep inner work, and strong dedication to my own path. Although I am passionate about personal development and continuously study and expand my professional work, it is only lived wisdom that can create the space that truly helps others transform their lives.
