Soultalk — the podcast's symbol

What it's about

The themes that keep coming back

Soultalk follows the same questions Kisser works with in therapy, in workshops, and in Miracle Circle. You don't have to listen in order — find whichever theme feels alive for you right now.

Self-worth

Why performing your way into being enough doesn't work — and what does instead.

Loving relationships

Partnerships, family, and the patterns we carry into them.

Grief and life crises

Staying present with what's hard without shutting down — and what carries you when something breaks.

The Enneagram

The nine types seen through a spiritual lens: not as a label, but as a path home.

A Course in Miracles

Training the mind to choose love over fear, in the most ordinary situations.

Presence and meditation

The practical side: how to actually come back to the present moment when your mind is racing.

If you'd like to keep working with what you hear, Kisser hosts Miracle Circle — a free, biweekly gathering based on A Course in Miracles — and holds ongoing workshops and retreats.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask

What does it cost to listen?

Nothing. Soultalk is free, and you don't need to be a member of anything to listen.

How many episodes are there, and where should I start?

There are over 220 episodes. You don't have to start from the beginning — each one stands on its own. Start with whichever theme feels most alive for you right now.

Who's the host?

Kisser Paludan — a psychologist (cand.psych.) from the University of Copenhagen, author of four books, and a spiritual teacher with 25 years of experience. Read more about Kisser.

Can the podcast replace therapy?

No. It can offer insight, language, and inspiration, but it doesn't know you or your situation. If there's something specific you need to work through, you can book individual therapy or couples therapy with Kisser.

I'd like to go further than listening — what's the next step?

You're warmly invited to Miracle Circle, Kisser's free, biweekly gathering based on A Course in Miracles. If you'd rather meet her in person, take a look at the upcoming workshops and retreats.
