Prices and VAT

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). TO BE CLARIFIED: what is subject to VAT and what is not. Psychological treatment is generally VAT-exempt, while courses and memberships are typically subject to VAT — this should be stated clearly next to each price.

Payment

Payment is made online at sign-up. TO BE FILLED IN: which payment provider, and which payment methods are accepted. The amount is charged when the order is completed, and you will receive a receipt by email.

Soultalk Circle

Membership costs DKK 4,995 per year, or DKK 420 per month over 12 instalments. As a member you get access to the program »Love the One You Are«, weekly live sessions, a monthly live Q&A, the course library, the community, and a discount on events.

Commitment period and renewal

TO BE FILLED IN AND IMPORTANT: is there a minimum commitment period on the monthly payment plan? Does the membership renew automatically when the period ends? What is the notice period for cancellation, and how do you cancel? This is what people complain about if it isn’t stated clearly.

Workshops, courses and retreats

Your spot is confirmed once payment has been completed. You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time and location — and, for online events, a link to use on the day.

TO BE FILLED IN: what happens if you are unable to attend? Can your spot be transferred to someone else, moved to another group, or refunded — and within what deadline?

Therapy

Individual therapy costs DKK 3,000 and couples therapy DKK 3,500 for one and a half hours. Appointments are arranged directly with Kisser.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy online. However, there are two exceptions that are relevant here:

• Events on a fixed date. If you buy a spot on a workshop, retreat or gathering held on a specific date, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply. This follows from the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven). Our own cancellation policy is set out in the section above.
• Digital content you get immediate access to. If you get access to courses and recordings before the 14 days have passed, the right of withdrawal may lapse — but only if you have expressly agreed to this and have been informed that you thereby lose it. TO BE CLARIFIED: does this happen at checkout today? If not, the full 14 days apply.

If you wish to withdraw from a purchase where the right of withdrawal applies, please email kisser@paludan.dk before the deadline. We will issue a refund no later than 14 days after we receive your notice.

If we cancel

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be notified as soon as possible and can choose between a spot on the new date or a refund.

What our services are not

Workshops, courses, retreats and the membership are education and personal development. They are not treatment, and they do not replace a doctor, psychiatrist or other healthcare treatment. If you are currently in treatment, please talk to your treatment provider before taking part. If you need urgent help, please contact your doctor, the out-of-hours medical service, or emergency services (112 in Denmark).

Complaints

If you are unhappy about something, please write to kisser@paludan.dk first — most issues can be resolved that way. If we cannot reach a resolution, you can file a complaint with the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution (Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, naevneneshus.dk. You can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law

Purchases from Kisser Paludan are governed by Danish law.
